Measure waist circumference.

Extra Small (XS) – Waist Size (inches): 22” – 26.5” | Waist Size (cm): 56 – 68
Small (S) – Waist Size (inches): 26.5” – 32.25” | Waist Size (cm): 68 – 82
Medium (M) – Waist Size (inches): 32.25” – 38.5” | Waist Size (cm): 82 – 98
Large (L) – Waist Size (inches): 38.5”- 45.5” | Waist Size (cm): 98 – 116
Extra Large (XL) – Waist Size (inches): 45.5”- 53.5” | Waist Size (cm): 116 – 136

For maximum efficiency, make sure to choose the proper size and adjust the straps to the required compression.

1. Open the 4 straps.
2. Position the support around the waist and close using contact closure.
3. Pull the straps to the desired level of support and affix them on the front of the support, using the contact closure tabs.

Wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry. Do not machine dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not iron.

Caution

For maximum efficacy, ensure the correct size of strap is selected and the side pulls are adjusted to the required fit. Do not use over open wounds. Do not use the device if it is damaged and/or the packaging has been opened. If you experience pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact your medical professional immediately.
