Directions
Can be used alone for a very natural effect with a Serge Louis Alvarez lip brush #03 or #04. Can be used on top of lipstick for fuller, shinier lips or on top of eyeshadows to create a “wet look”.
Also as a fixing base for a better hold of glitter and strass.
