Water (aqua), Propylene glycol, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Sodium stearate, Sodium ricinoleate, Sodium cocoate, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Tea-oleate.
Directions
Dampen your spoolie with water or 1 spritz of Camera Finish Matte Setting Spray, then tap off any excess moisture. Load spoolie with product and comb through your brows. Apply the product in thin layers, brushing brow hairs upwards and outwards until you achieve your desired result.
